Christmas policy: orders placed between 27th November and December 23rd 2024 may be returned up until January 13th 2025

UK Orders placed on victoriabeckham.com can be returned using our free returns service within 14 days.

Items purchased from victoriabeckham.com may be returned to our Dover Street London store for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. For returns made between 14 and 60 days after the original purchase date, store credit will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 60 days.

Online orders cannot be exchanged for product or store credit at the Dover Street London store. This request must be approved by the Client Services team.

All international and US orders must be returned to the warehouse for a refund to be processed. To utilize the free return service you will need to return from the original shipping region 

We are not liable for items lost during the return process or in transit. Items must be returned from the original shipping country. For returns from a different country, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any potential loss or damage.

We recommend using a registered shipping service with tracking for added security.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. 

Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged, will not be accepted for return and may be sent back to you.

1. How to return online orders

Please note, we no longer include paper documentation with your order.

  1. Every order should receive a Thank You card containing a QR code.
  2. Scanning the QR code will send you directly to the returns portal where you can register your return and generate your free return label.
  3. Package the pieces that you are returning in the original packaging.
  4. Print off the label and attach it securely to the front of your return and retain the proof sending once you have dropped your return off with your local courier.

If you do not have the Thank You card included with your order:

  1. To return an item, sign into your Victoria Beckham account and select ‘Return Your Order’ in your Order History. If you do not have an account, please visit our Returns Portal at https://www.victoriabeckham.com/apps/returns
  2. Enter your order number and your email address.
  3. Follow the instructions provided in the Returns Portal.
  4. Your return label will be generated and emailed to you, ready to print.
  5. Drop your return off at your local DPD / DHL drop-off point and retain the proof of sending

2. Victoria Beckham Returns Policy: In-store Purchases

Exchange or store credit of items is available within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items must be unworn and all tags attached. Once altered items may not be returned. Makeup and skincare products may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please note store credits are not offered on the purchase of sale items or items with additional discounts during seasonal reductions - exchange only

3. How to return online orders in-store.

 Orders purchased online from the UK can also be returned to the Dover Street London store. However, all international orders must be returned to the warehouse for a refund to be processed. 

Online orders cannot be exchanged for product or store credit at the Dover Street London store. This request must be approved by the Client Services team.

4. When to expect your refund

We aim to process your return within 5 working days. Once processed, you'll receive an email notification and a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that during seasonal sale periods, the return and refund process can take up to 10 business days to complete from receipt at the warehouse.

If you paid using a Gift Card or Store Credit, the payment will be automatically refunded to the original Gift Card or Store Credit.

If you choose to return your items by an alternate shipping service, your postage costs are non-refundable. 

5. Returning Faulty or Personalised Items

Where items are deemed faulty, we will try to offer a replacement providing the item is within warranty and stock is available, or we will look to repair. If the item cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered. Please note: items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items. 

Victoria Beckham clothing, leather goods, shoes and jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. 

Victoria Beckham Eyewear is covered by a 2-year manufacturing warranty for problems that occur as a result of production.

Are returns free of charge?

  • Returns are free for orders made in the UK and the US. There is a returns fee for all International returns, which is displayed when you register your return online.

Do you offer exchanges?

  • No, we currently do not offer exchanges 

I do not have an account and I need to return my order. How do I do that?

  • You do not need an account to register a return and generate a return label. All returns can be registered online here.

There is no return label in my order, how do I return an item?

  • As a paperless company, there will be no paperwork within your order; all returns are registered online here, where you can generate your return label. For all international orders (excluding US), please ensure you include the # hashtag in your order number when filling out your details on the returns portal.

I am trying to make a return and my details aren’t recognised! What do I do?

  • Please ensure you are in the correct shipping region and that you are entering your order number and email correctly. For all International orders (excluding US), ensure you include the # hashtag on your order number (e.g. #INTXXXXX).

I registered my return online but did not receive my return label; what do I do?

I went to my local DHL and they did not accept my return. What should I do?

  • Please ensure to drop off your return at an official DHL service point. You can find your nearest DHL service point here: https://parcel.dhl.co.uk/dhl-service-point/find-your-nearest/

In addition, please ensure your DHL return label has a valid waybill number

I am unable to drop off my return. Can I schedule a collection?

I do not have a printer and cannot print my label, what do I do?

Can I return my order to a stockist?

  • No, all online orders must be registered and returned online.

I am no longer in the original shipping region and I need to return an item. How do I proceed?

  • If you have taken your order out of the original shipping region, you will still need to register your return online; however, you will have to use your own shipping service, at your own cost, to return your order to the UK warehouse. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

When will I receive my refund?

  • All returns undergo a routine verification process upon receipt at the warehouse. Once complete, we will send you an email confirming your refund. Funds are credited to the original payment method and may take 2-3 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/card issuer/method of payment.

Can I return my online order in-store?

  • Yes, you can return your online order at the Dover Street store in London.
